This year BPW Candle Lighting Ceremony was co-hosted by BPW-Prae, BPW-Chiangmai, BPW-Lampang and BPW-Chiangrai and

 was held at Nakorn Prae Tower Hotel, Prae province.   The event was held on 26 February 2011.
